Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of IBMP (Integrated Business Management Platform), provided by APBIZ CONSULTING INDIA LLP ("we", "us") at ibmp.apbiz.in. By creating an account or using IBMP you agree to them. If you use IBMP for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
IBMP helps Indian businesses and their professional advisers record sales and purchases, produce GST invoices and reports, manage payroll and other compliance, and send reminders. Features may change, and some depend on third-party services or credentials that you or we configure.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by people you give access to. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
- You may sign in with an email and password or with a Google or LinkedIn account, which we link to your IBMP account.
3. Your data
You own the business data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter, including having the right to enter personal data about your employees, customers and vendors. You can export your data and ask us to delete your account.
4. Accounting, tax and legal responsibility
IBMP's calculations, reports, return data and reminders are tools to help you. They follow the rules as we understand them, but tax and labour law change and depend on your facts. You, not IBMP, are responsible for what you file, pay and report to any authority, and for checking figures before you rely on them or submit them. IBMP is not a substitute for advice from a chartered accountant, company secretary or lawyer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use IBMP to break the law, to harm or defraud others, to send spam or unlawful messages, to probe or attack the service or other users, to bypass limits or security, or to resell the service without our agreement. We may limit or suspend access that does this.
6. Plans, trial and payment
New accounts may start with a free trial. Paid plans, prices and limits are shown in the application. Charges are for the period you buy and are due in advance. If a subscription lapses, the account can become read-only so you can still view and export your data. Taxes such as GST are added where applicable.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep IBMP available and take regular backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what you have paid for.
8. Our rights
IBMP, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell it except as the law allows.
9. Disclaimer and limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, IBMP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or penalties, interest or tax arising from your filings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using IBMP and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if payment fails, or if required by law, and we will let you export your data where we reasonably can.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use IBMP after a change means you accept it. We will notify account holders of significant changes.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law. Questions: sivaravella@o2labs.com.
